Webinar: Building Better Systems

Helping organizations are often dedicated to supporting community thriving. We create programs and services with our values at the forefront of our minds. But our systems communicate our values before a human ever does.
Continuing from trauma‑informed spaces, this webinar examines how systems, our websites, phone trees, intake processes, appointment systems, and policies shape people’s experience long before staff can demonstrate our values. Participants will identify bias and friction points in those systems and test practical changes that lower barriers, improve access for people in crisis, and align operational design with dignity‑centered practice.
Join us as we seek out the less visible systems that sit between our community and our services.
