Please join us for our FREE 6-week nutritional cooking class series. We’ll cook together, learn how to create balanced meals, and make friends.
Classes are held on Thursdays from January 23 until February 27 on the 2nd floor of Metro Caring in our kitchen from 5 to 7 p.m. A shopping voucher is offered to class participants to get food in our Fresh Foods Market without an appointment.
