Metro Caring’s Diabetes Cooking Club is bringing the community together this season for a hands-on session focused on staying healthy through the holidays. Participants will explore practical ways to manage holiday stress and portion control during gatherings, all while enjoying a welcoming group atmosphere.
As part of the event, attendees will receive a shopping voucher to use at Metro Caring’s fresh food market, helping them put what they learn into practice at home.
