Developing food preservation skills creates an opportunity to reclaim both agency and knowledge about our food that the industrialized food system has purposefully shut us out of.

Through this class series, participants will be able to turn fresh produce into shelf-stable food with their own hands. November’s session will be the last of this season, so join us for an evening of canning homemade applesauce!
