Join us for a nutrition cooking class in partnership with Nourish Colorado.
This is a 6-week, FREE cooking class for adults. It will be held at Metro Caring and include snacks and samples, as well as the opportunity to make new friends. Class will begin on Tuesday, March 8th from 3 – 5 p.m. in our kitchen and will be presented in English.
