Gardening with Chuck: Reap What You Sow (Canning, Preserving, and Storing Your Harvest)

Gardening with Chuck: Reap What You Sow (Canning, Preserving, and Storing Your Harvest)

Now that you’ve grown your own food, what will you do with it? For anyone who has ever grown too many zucchini, this class is for you! We will learn to can, freeze, dry, and creatively store our surplus produce. Chuck will also discuss the best ways to preserve the nutrients in our stored food.

Gardening With Chuck in collaboration with Metro Caring presents a free 5-part workshop series about gardening and year-round growing. All classes will be presented in English with Spanish interpretation.
