Webinar: Trauma Informed Spaces

In a world marked by scarcity, where individuals and communities navigate daily challenges without the resources to thrive, it’s important to recognize that scarcity and trauma affect us all. People who carry trauma are our leaders, colleagues, and the community we serve.
This webinar presents a concrete, objective tool to evaluate everyday elements of service environments—seating, lighting, sound, scent, layout, and staff interaction—through a trauma‑informed lens. Participants will learn how to apply ideal design principles within real‑world constraints, prioritize immediate changes, and plan longer‑term adjustments that reduce harm and restore capacity for people experiencing scarcity.
