Food Preservation Club – Canning

Developing food preservation skills creates an opportunity to reclaim agency, knowledge, and a connection to our food that the corporate food system has purposefully shut us out of. Through this class series, participants will be able to turn fresh produce into shelf-stable food with their own hands. Our next class will be on canning, where participants will learn how to turn fresh produce into shelf-stable food with their own hands.
