Many of our current systems are built on charity-based approaches that, while seeking to help, can unintentionally reinforce unequal power dynamics. This workshop invites participants to rethink those dynamics by shifting toward solidarity, redefining lived experience as leadership, and exploring co-investment as a shared approach to change. Together, we build a new foundation for partnership that centers dignity, shared responsibility, and community leadership.
