SUMMARY:Trauma Informed Spaces and Systems - VIRTUAL Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Many of us carry experiences of trauma\, stress\, and survival into the places where we live\, work\, and connect. During this training\, participants will: \n\nExplore how trauma can shape the brain\, body\, behavior\, and participation\nRecognize the learning\, compliance\, and psychological costs of administrative burden\nExamine how spaces\, policies\, processes\, and technology can consume bandwidth or give some of it back\nUse solidarity and lived expertise to identify barriers and opportunities for change\nPractice redesigning spaces and systems to reduce harm\, share burden\, and preserve agency\n\nRegister here. In-person workshop option available on November 19; click here.

SUMMARY:Centering Community Power Through Solidarity - VIRTUAL Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Many of our current systems are built on charity-based approaches that\, while seeking to help\, can unintentionally reinforce unequal power dynamics. This workshop invites participants to rethink those dynamics by shifting toward solidarity\, redefining lived experience as leadership\, and exploring co-investment as a shared approach to change. Together\, we build a new foundation for partnership that centers dignity\, shared responsibility\, and community leadership. \nRegister here. In-person workshop available on December 3; to register for that option\, click here.
